Located in state of Montana.
My aunt has given me a camper that was left on her property by her ex. There is no title or paperwork for the camper. We contacted the ex who said he never got a bill of sale or title and it was just given to him, no paperwork and has been stored on this private property for years.
I am trying to get everything legal to take the camper on the road.
I was looking into applying for a bonded title. One of the requirements is proof of ownership. How can someone obtain proof of ownership? There is no way to contact whoever has the title. I tried searching by VIN and the old license plate but cannot find any owner identity.
The camper is basically abandoned on my aunts property with zero proof of anything.
Once I have some proof of ownership I can have a VIN inspection done and purchase a title bond and the rest of the process seems easy.
Is this going to be possible?

Me and T shared mutual romantic feelings. I brought it up and he confirmed. He clarified boundaries and said we could never have a romantic relationship even if that’s difficult for us both to accept. He was teary-eyed when he said that.
We went deep on how we felt, how there was genuine attraction, what we wished we could have, how much we think of each other, what we think of each other, where we need to pull back, where we can touch boundary edges and where we can’t, how our connection is very natural and something we must actively manage. It all landed back on the therapeutic relationship being above all and the ethics involved in protecting it being upheld.
I understand all that but I can’t just turn it off. Stifling my feelings seems a disservice to myself. Knowing he’s stifling his feelings hurts me. I texted him one time too many. Think about him too much. Cling to the idea we can make something work some day.
These are strong feelings. They are nice but also painful and getting in the way of me accepting the truth that this cannot happen.
For what it’s worth, I’m an emotionally healthy individual. Im not disordered, have a stable happy life and am a medical professional. All that means nothing other than providing some context that I’m not part of an exceptionally vulnerable population.
Is this something that will settle back to normal or is terminating the only workable solution? I’m fine waiting it out but damn is this a tough one for me.

Called the Caregiver Support hotline for a bit after not hearing from the local caregiver support coordinator. I live in central Texas, and she said it would be about 30 days before I should be suspicious of no activity from my application.
She also unfortunately informed me Houston is about 120 days, assumedly because of the high volume of veterans in that area needing this type of support and the VA as we know is horrible at delegating resources.
Just wanted to let any Htown folks or those that use their VA system that you will likely see that long wait. Thanks for letting me know, Peggy!

Finally it's time for 4, over the years the games have changed, the business models of the producers have changed. And here I come with a question, with a problem that bothers me a lot. Regarding the fact that I have to pay for skins in a paid game. In addition, I consider Diablo a single player game because I used to play only 2 and 3, only later I started playing online with other people. From what I've seen, one skin costs, for example, 24 euros, which is practically 1/4 of the price of the game itself. It's a nightmare for me. For me, the appearance of the character in the game is one of the most important parts of the game, I don't like running around in torn rags. I'm really sorry where gaming has gone. 2023.06.01 00:49 Tesla_Wolf Let's talk about the new system for earnings blood bonds

So today the developers released a video listing the economy changes of blood bonds. Making things like hunter health bars and trait respecs take hunt dollars instead of blood bonds. In my opinion these are great changes making the blood bonds which has real world value whatever your countries currency may be have zero impact in gameplay. The next big thing of note was that they will be removing the win 5 matches a day and get 25 blood bonds and making weekly challenges give 50 instead. This I can understand mabey you don't have time to log in and extract with a bounty and miss a day. It can be frustrating to miss that 25 blood bonds reward and moving that to the weekly challenges instead makes it possible to miss a day or two and still get those rewards.
Ok now here is where it gets really messy is when they announced that they will be removing the small amount of blood bonds you get after playing a game. Now this may not seem like a big change at first but when looking at the bigger picture there are some problems here. First is that now means the only real ways of earning blood bonds without buying them are the weekly challenges that limit you to earning 50 blood bonds a week. Now if we do some basic math in order to earn 1000 blood bonds that would take 20 weeks and google says there is 4 weeks in a month which translates to roughly 4-5 MONTHS. Please correct me if I'm wrong but I don't know about you but I can't imagine doing the hunt weeklys for almost half a year just to save up 1000 blood bonds. And that's all assuming you fully complete the weekly challenges for 4-5 months without missing a week once.
There is the argument that you can earn them through the daily tribute and in game through registers and small blood bonds sacks which is true. But those are all rng related methods and not even a very high chance of finding or getting these especially since if you die with your found blood bonds mid match you don't keep them making these methods even less reliable. And on top of that would possibly create a wave of hunters looking up all register spawns on the map and ignoring nearly all core gameplay to not risk losing out on the opportunity of finding a golden register spawning going from compound to compound looking for sacks or golden registers. This not only would be incredibly boring,grindy, and unreliable it would also be insentivising this gameplay for people who can't afford to or don't want to pay for blood bonds. I think I can say this is not what the developers or community wants to see it's players doing.
The fact is that this change can't be ignored hunt is not a free to play game. Hunt showdown on sale most the time Is rought 15-16 dollars but base game not on sale is $40 dollars. Companies such as Ea with starwars battlefront 1 and 2 both games that are not free and were heavily criticized and looked down upon when they introduced a cap on the amount of progress they can earn in a certain time. Now I'm not saying crytek is EA or as bad as them but it can't be ignored that these are marketing strategies physiologicaly designed to make people spend more real money. There are already bundles released in the shop that you can't obtain with blood bonds and can only be purchased with real world currency and everyone is fine with that you have to make money on a live service game somewhere. But this change makes earning something like 800 blood bonds skin or a 1000 blood bonds legendary hunter or even a 500 blood bonds skin a complete grind fest.
Blood bonds were designed to be earned by playing the game providing incentive twords things like skins. There is no other way to get skins besides blood bonds and real money.The reason people are upset is that it's essentially slowing the pace down to a crawl in order to get you to buy them with real money instead .On top of the Hunters and gun skins that can't be obtained with blood bonds on top of paying $40 for the base game.
Please let me know what all of you think about this change and if you agree or disagree with me or let me know if I got something incorrect. The community is what keeps the game going so don't be afraid to voice your stand or opinions on big changes like this I would love to hear them.

I am 24. I have a degree in automation and computer engineering. I started using workflow automation tools to search and apply to jobs that meet my desired criteria. Used Chatgpt for resume and cover letter generation.
I landed 5 jobs that were remote and part-time. If I take two jobs, my two lookalikes can take the other two and I can hop into their computer through remote access if they have problems or anything.
All interviews went well. I used an old Logitech webcam, blurry so they wouldn't remember my features that much. Fast forward to this week, I got three acceptance emails.
That got me excited and ready to set this in motion.
I don't mind loosing the jobs, I wouldn't be attempting this if I didn't.
I am worried about this from a legal standpoint though.

Bit of a cluster #$%^ of a story so here goes.
15 years ago I bought a piece of property in BC
My dad lent me the money and I have since paid him back in full. He wanted to "be on title" in case something happened with my wife and she decided to take half. I questioned this motive at the time but it was his money so I didnt have much choice and was pretty young a green. I was just happy to now own a piece of land. On paper, we are joint tenants as per the title search.
Fast forward to 2020. I separate from my wife. We both decide to keep the place in the family and not really be uncivil towards each other. I tell her i am going to take my dad off title so that I can borrow against the property to buy another investment property somewhere. It is my understanding that even though my dad is still on title, she is entitled to half the value of the place. That is my thought and and the courts may think differntly.
I contact a Notary to proceed with the title transfer process. He gets his lawyer to draw up the documents and I have done the same with my notary. We pay her the transfer fee as well as the Property transfer tax.
My dad is a bit of old school cant tell him anything and he tells me there is no tax to be paid on his end as it "is a simple transfer to your name" I argue with him that he will be responsible for the capital gains on his portion of the gain over the years. He says, fuck the govt, i am not paying. Whatever, I say. Its your tax bill. You screwed up in wanting to be on title as far as i am concerned.
So now I just found out that my notary never filled the transfer and claimed a "simple oversight" I think she is in major hot water in not doing so. It has been 2 years since all this took place and i am freaking out because my dad is looking at a potential massive cap gains tax. when asked her about this, she says it "shouldnt" be a problem with CRA. I am not so sure.
What say the collective ?
We bought the property for 25 K
It is now worth 250 K
When we started the title transfer 2 years ago, it was worth about 150k

2023.06.01 00:45 ThrowRA071312 UPDATE! AITAH for refusing to give step daughter money I would’ve spent on show tickets for her dad’s birthday?

So, tickets went on sale and were ordered today (Wed). All 3 sons and their wives are coming. The two daughters aren’t. If the girls change their minds, they’ll have to negotiate with the guys. I’m out of that discussion now.
I took most people’s advice and responded to SD that I hate they can’t come but maybe we can do something else around then. I also asked how everyone was doing. She said the boys were crazy excited about school being out but they were all good. No mention of money so maybe she got the hint or maybe I misunderstood her previous text. Maybe, as some of suggested, bf responded to my original offer and she didn’t know about it.
During a separate convo with DH about graduation pics on FB, I asked if he realized SD’s oldest would be graduating next year. He seemed surprised the boy was that old already. I used that as a segue to talk about us not seeing them as often as we see the others, which led him to call SD and ask when we could come visit. We’re going this weekend to take them for pizza and maybe to the lake. Hopefully, we’ll be able to tell if SD is ok or if there is anything wonky with her bf.

Long time lurker, first time poster. Throwaway for the usual reasons.
So I (f52) have been married to my DH (m59) for 8 years. I have 2 children and he has 3 from previous marriages. All are adults and all except 1 have their own children. They get along with each other but due to everyone being spread out over 4 states, we’re not all together often. To the point, my husband’s 60th birthday is coming up this fall. He loves stand up comedy and one of his favorites is coming here about a month before his birthday. I thought it would be a nice birthday gift to get tickets for all the kids and their partners to see the show. We’d probably have a nice dinner before. I messaged all 5 kids and asked if they and their SOs would like to go. (Child care for the grandchildren isn’t an issue. The ones who aren’t old enough to stay alone have their other grandparents close enough to keep them.)
Anyway, his daughter messaged me back that they won’t be able to come but they could really use the money. She wanted to know where we’d be sitting so she’d know how much I’m paying for the tickets. Is this even a thing? I haven’t answered yet because I’m too shocked to know what to say. My gut reaction is I’m inviting them to celebrate her dad’s birthday. There’s no offer of cash. If we were going to a restaurant, I wouldn’t send her the money I would’ve spent on her dinner.
AITAH for telling her no to cashing in her invitation?

I'm moving to mke soon from Texas and I need to know what things to look for in a potential home that may cause problems. We don't have basements in Texas, or the cold like y'all so are there any telltale signs of house problems? Anyone know a realtor who can help us buy from here? Also, is it a buyers or sellers market right now in mke?

I just started at a local independent appliance store. No travel, 5% commission on all sales, plus a 40k salary and spiff's. Spiff's are the big thing working in appliances, range from $2 -$1000 per appliance sale. Before I was working just at a big box store selling appliances. I cannot believe how much the team that has been here awhile make! I feel like I landed a great gig. Set schedule 37 hours per week. Highly recommend to those stressed out in their current role.
