2023.02.02 03:44 xTombou Searching for a streaming site very high quality and bitrate? (better than soap2day etc.)

Hey guys. Having a good video quality is the most important thing for me in a streaming website. Standard websites like soap2day work just fine but eventhough they offer 1080p streams, the quality is horrible in my opinion (due to low bitrates i guess?). I know that for webdl qualities you have to use torrents but maybe there is a website with very good quality? E.g. when it comes to anime I've already found a website with amazing quality (genoanime) but for normal movies/shows I've never found one yet with a video quality that is comparable to the webdl.
Any recommendations? Also, it's also quite important for me that there are english subtitles.

EDIT: Found 2 streaming services that have no ads or as minimal ads as they can get away with. Genoanime.com tries to avoid ads but because of how they host videos they're there occasionally, and Zoro.to has as few ads as it can get away with to cover server costs. I'd recommend going to these sites first, before sites that have popup ads and constant animated hentai ads.
I'm getting in to using WebTorrent because it has the ability to play your videos while you're downloading, essentially a decentralized streaming service.
But some stuff is hard as piss to find through torrents and so I go to streaming. Pirate streamers make money off fan translations and other people's work, but the actual impact on others is literally the same as torrents but someone is getting paid. I heard literally one sentence in a random video that streaming sites have connection to criminal organizations, and I can not find a single article about this. Probably because it's not true, and there's no inherent connection between running a streaming site and other kinds of actually harmful crime.
So I ask if anyone has any knowledge to shed on this assertation to please share.

Now from what I have seen in this subreddit, genoanime has had a very positive feedback, but am I using a scam version of it, or is the website always like this? Also genoanime.com turns into genoanime.sbs.

Over the past year or so, I have been using an extension called Workona . It has been great but they recently decided to limit users to 5 workspaces for free plan and that just doesn't cut it for me. I looking for ways to export my bookmarks in workona to chrome (or any other extension). I have saved wayyyyy too many links in workona to export them manually. It only exports data to txt file which cannot be imported to any browser, making it completely useless. It also stores notes and tasks which I don't really care about.
I also tried to convert the text file to html and then import to chrome but that did not work. I might be able to write some code to do the conversion properly but it would be helful if there are some better ways. For reference, the text file looks something like this -

Even if you select to only see sub or dub it will give you a mix of both. The problem gets even worse if you try to also use a genre or seasonal filter. It Makes everything seem very cluttered. Other then that, fantastic site. Fix that issue and it will be hands down the best for anime streaming.

Hey I am asking for some advice on how to monetize a anime website (still contemplating if to build website). Majority of anime website users do not want to donate and yet they want ad free websites only (joined a few discord groups and asked around).
I was looking at some popular websites such as 4anime,animixplay and genoanime and none of them have ads and saw a few websites shutdown because it was practically useless running a free service without any benefits to them e.g fastani. Saw Yugen added ads as well to their website and the haters started on it.
So in summary I was thinking just do a ads website and ignore the haters, some persons will use and some won't. In life nothing is free and we cant expect a charity to give us everything free. Persons think Google and Facebook is free while they sell your data easily.
Let me know your thoughts and other options. I was also looking at Arc and not sure if persons will actually turn it on so not sure about that.
