It’s probably much more balanced now, as far as I can tell, also depends what exactly you’re looking for on Twitter. About us; This project has started recently. A team with individually experienced players. IGL has experience building a team that went into ESEA Intermediate and reached some finals. We're currently looking to rebuild the team as the previous one fell apart. Our plan is to build a team until we're satisfied with the line-up, we're planning on doing a lot of practice and tournaments until Source 2 comes out, this way we will be consistent, in top shape and have a wide stratbook going into Source 2 and we then just need to adapt the gameplans to the new mechanics. Available Roles: (we don't want PUG players, we want people able to work together in a system!) - Second Entry: T: play as support early in rounds so that you can survive to entry late round, in set-strats you will be the first entry as the IGL is the main entry but prefers to throw utility in set-strats so that he can get a better read for future rounds. in default rounds he will be the first entry. CT: preferably rotation but anchor is also fine. - Star Rifler: T: basically just help take map control / maintain map control, late round responsibility is throwing utility for the execute or going in as the third/fourth player entering a site. 1998 Explorer 4.0l SOHC.
The issue:
Groaning while going forward or backward, sounds like a deep grinding, or theres a lot of friction. The ABS light is on most of the time since last night. I've had some wheel speed sensors starting to go, but the most they ever did was generate a chittering in the brake pedal every so often.
Now however without brake appplication it sounds like a caliper is stuck on, and I have an ABS light. I decided to pull the three fuses for the ABS module, the 50a, 30a in the power distribution, and the 10a in the cab fuse box. No change- ABS light on at startup this time, as well as groaning and popping/squeeking while braking still there.
The noise gets louder and higher pitch as you increase in speed, and quieter and deeper as you come to a stop. Don't have a code reader, but any ideas? Obviously somewhere in the braking system.
I was thinking without the ABS fuses, if its the wheel speed sensors really going haywire this should all come to a stop, but with or without ABS it doesn't seem to matter. Problem began last night.

As the QSBS exception is either $10M or 10X the cost basis, I am trying to increase the cost basis of my founder stock from $0 to $15M.
Step 1: Register my startup as an LLC now (when the company is valued at $0) and I retain 100% ownership.
Step 2: In 3 months (roughly) when I take on outside funding, I convert my LLC to C-Corp. Because of Section 351, this conversion will not be a taxable event.
Step 3: At the time of conversion, the tax basis is equal to the FMV of the interest held in the LLC that is exchanged for ownership in the C-Corp. So, for a founder even though I did not infuse any capital, my cost basis will be my ownership percentage of the LLC’s FMV at the time of conversion. At the time of conversion, the fair market value of the LLC that is being contributed to the C-Corp will be $15M (assumed pre-money valuation). FMV for a startup can be very close to the pre-money valuation in 409a analysis, that I used to do in my past life.
Step 4: After five years and three months, when I sell my company, my QSBS exemption will be $150M (10X of $15M)
I will reach out to a tax advisor before incorporating my company as the prospect of dramatically increasing the QSBS exemption is very tempting.

Hello! I’m looking for a video that I watched At least 4+ years ago. It was on the YouTube platform and I’m positive it was 20 minutes or less and think it was even more around the 10 minute or less mark. It was like a short film vibe to it about a sniper. He referred to his job / himself as something else if I do recall but can’t think of what he said. In the video he’s talking about the job / role of a sniper. He’s wearing a Ghillie Suit and is waiting for his target to appear. He aims at a small building and I think he even takes a shot at it to see if he got his range right. Then I remember that it was night and he had a red light out under something looking at a map or whatever and then heard someone was coming (enemy patrol) so he turned it off and waited for them to pass.
I can’t think of anything else at the moment but if I do I’ll sure add to this but if anyone knows the video or can help find it would be greatly appreciated as I would love to see it again!

My school said they won’t even start sending paperwork to the CA board of nursing until “The week of June 19th.” I already paid for Pearson vue and made an account with Breeze, did the livescan fingerprints, and the transcripts are the last step.
I sent the board my own transcripts through my school’s transcript portal called “National Clearinghouse.” I sent my transcripts a couple of days ago hoping to get my ATT sooner so I can take Nclex already, but now I’m worrying I may have messed up the process somehow lol.
Has anyone else did this in CA? I know it says your school will do it for you but I don’t want to wait that long just for them to start the process of sending them on the 19th. I already graduated 2 weeks ago and I’m ready to take it
